1. What is personal information?

We only use email addresses to either send notificaton that your children have added new pictures to the site; or we use the email address to to forward pictures that your children have decided to send. This personally identifiable information is only used by the site for the purposes stated above. We do not send any emails to these addresses other than those stated above. We do not share this personally identifiable information with any third party person/group or organisation.

E-mail Communication from Us: Our site may allow you to sign up to receive newsletters, birthday e-cards and e-mails regarding special ArtBug Mail promotional messages or offers. The newsletters and e-mails will provide you with information about new website features, whether your subscription is going to expire, new releases of Easel, or special ArtBug Mail promotional messages or offers to you.

Safety and Security: We may also collect your name and e-mail address for the limited purposes of protecting the security and integrity of the site, taking precautions against liability, responding to the judicial process, or for law enforcement on a matter related to public safety.
