ArtBug Mail

Lets make a picture of butterflies!
You can email it to someone special using ArtBug!

You will need:
1. colored tissue paper or coffee filters and felt-tips.
2. little sticks, lolly sticks are ideal.
3. safety scissors or a grown up to cut for you.
4. Glue, either a glue stick or runny glue is fine.

Fold the tissue in half and cut out a shape like the piece on the left.
When you open it out it should look like the opened piece on the right.

1. Put glue on one side of each stick.
2. Put the tissue paper in between the gluey sides of the sticks.
3. Put your butterflies on the scanner and lay a piece of tissue paper on top.
4. Scan your picture into ArtBug Mail.
5. Choose the name of someone special you want to make smile!
6. Click send.

Your picture has now fluttered gracefully to your own art gallery too!
You can play with your butterflies now!
