Lets make a picture of a christmas tree!
You can email it to someone special using ArtBug!
You will need:
1. Green tissue paper and other colors to decorate your Christmas tree.
2. A glue stick and kid's safety sissors.
3. You may want to cut out the words from an old Christmas card.
Cut out squares of green tissue first, then cut them into a triangle-like shape.
-
Now you have your tiangle-like shapes and some off-cuts too.
-
Start making your Christmas tree from the bottom up.
Put the glue on your white page, then put the tissue on top.
-
Keep going and make a middle for your Christmas tree.
-
Very good! Now make a top for your Christmas tree.
-
Give your Christmas tree a brown trunk.
You could stick on brown tissue paper or use a crayon like I did.
-
Cut a square of tissue paper to be the bucket your Christmas tree is in.
It can be any color you like!
-
Scrunch up small balls of tissue paper.
Put a small dab of glue on each piece and then put it on your Christmas tree.
-
Stick tissue paper presents under your tree.
They can be different shapes and sizes.
Now you can write on some words or cut some out from an old Christmas card and stick them on like I did.
-
When the glue is dry, put in in the scanner and click on the scan icon.
Now you can use the computer's felt-pen, yellow and a star shape to put a star on top your Christmas tree.
Your Christmas tree is now ready to send to someone special!
Choose a name and click send.
Your picture is now in your own private online art gallery too!

-
What a lovely Christmas tree! Now you can email it to your friends and family to wish them a "Happy Christmas!"
