Art Tutorials - How To Draw a Daffodil

Lets draw a picture of a daffodil!
You can email it to someone special using ArtBug!
First select the felt pen, the smallest circle shape and a bright yellow.
Darken the yellow by clicking the moon several times.
Then draw an oval.

Draw some more lines so that it looks like an cup lying on its side.

Draw a petal like below.

Now draw four more petals.

Select the bucket.
Click the moon two times to make an even darker yellow and fill the inside of the 'cup'.

Click the sun three times to make an brighter yellow.
Select the bucket tool and use it to fill the outside of the 'cup'.

Click the sun once to make a brighter yellow.
Select the bucket tool and use it to fill the petals.

Select the felt pen.
Select the second smallest circle shape.
Select a green ink and click the moon five tmes to make it a nice dark green ink.
Draw the stork like it is in the picture below.

Still using the felt pen but this time using the smallest circle shape,
Draw the outline of two leaves.

Click the moon two times to make the green even darker.
Select the bucket tool. Fill the leaves with this dark green ink.

If you are feeling adventurous, click the sun until the inks do not brighten any more.
Then select a bright blue ink.
Use the bucket tool to fill the backround.
Next select the felt pen and a larger circle.
Draw clouds as i have done in the picture below.
