Lets make a picture of an elf!
You can email it to someone special using ArtBug!

You will need:
1. a piece of white paper
2. pencils - pink or brown.
3. Tissue paper - green, purple (or any other color).
4. Paint - biege, brown, pink.
5. Old Christmas wrapping paper.
6. Glue stick.
7. Safety scissors or a grown up to cut the paper for you.

You can draw a shirt, hat, pants (trousers) and a pair of shoes on the green tissue paper.
Top tip for grown up helpers; you can fold the tissue and cut out several pieces at once.

Glue a piece of tissue paper to your white paper like this.

Glue the hat, shirt, pants (trousers) ans shoes on like this.
Top tip; only dab the glue very lightly, tissue paper tears easily.
You can also put more layers on to get a deeper color, I did two layers.

1. Use a small neat brush to paint your Elf's face with beige, you can go over the whole face.
2. Now paint your Elf's hands with beige.
3. Now paint buttons and a belt for your Elf with brown.
4. Now paint eyes and a nose for your Elf with brown.
5. Now paint a mouth for your Elf with pink.

Use your safety scissors or ask a grown up to help you cut the Christmas wrapping paper,
You can make the gifts different shapes and sizes.

1. When the paint is dry put glue where you want your Elf to have fluffy clothes.
2. Tease out some fluff from a cotton puff and stick it on!
3. When the glue is dry scan in your picture and send it to someone special!

Your picture is now in your own art gallery too!
