Art Tutorials - How To Draw a Jack-o'-lantern

Lets draw a picture of a jack-o'-lantern!
You can email it to someone special using ArtBug!
Select the soap tool and black paint.
Click the canvas to make it black.
Use the rotate button so that the canvas looks like the picture below.

Select the felt pen and an orange ink.
Draw the outline of a pumpkin.

Select the bucket and fill the pumpkin with the same orange ink you used to create the outline.

Click the moon button two times to make a darker orange.
Select the felt pen and draw four curved lines on the pumpkin.

Next select a bright yellow ink.
You may want to click the sun icon to brighten the palette.
Select the largest triangle brush and draw two eyes.
You may want to click and slowly drag a larger triangle shape incase the default brush size is not big enough.

Select the felt pen and a small round brush.
I've chosen to draw a scary mouth, but you could chose to draw any shape mouth you like.

Then fill the mouth with the bucket tool with yellow.
Click inside the mouth to fill the whole mouth with bright yellow.
If there are any areas that did not fill just use the felt pen to touch up.

Next draw the stem at the top.
Select a nice dark green.
Make it look all bent and crooked as shown.

Then fill with green paint using the bucket tool.

Click the moon two times to make the green even darker.
Select the bucket tool. Fill the leaves with this dark green ink.

Select the felt pen tool and draw two lines using the same green.
Then select the bucket tool and fill below the two lines to make the grass. Finally, select the felt pen, the star shape and white paint.
Click once here and there on the black sky to create individual stars.
To make the sky even more interesting, try paint stars of different sizes.
Top Secret - If you click the star shape once and then click it again, you can rotate the star shape.
Top Top Secret - If you double-click the star shape you can change the number of points the star has.
