  • Lets draw a picture of a seahorse!
    You can email it to someone special using ArtBug!


    You will need:
    1. a piece of white paper
    2. pencils - whatever colors you wish to use for your seahorse.
    3. a normal pencil, but a softer 2B or 4B is better.
    4. an eraser

    These first markings are guide-lines you will erase later, draw them lightly.
    I have drawn them darkly to help you see them better.

    1. Lightly draw a blob for your seahorse's body and a circle for the head.
    2. Lightly draw a curly tail and a snout like this.

  • Draw a head fin and a side fin for your seahorse.

  • Draw the outline for your seahorse more darkly.
    Make the fins and body have points like I have.
    Draw an eye for your seahorse.

  • Erase your guide-lines.
    Draw a mouth for your seahorse.
    If you want to, write a title and a message on your picture.

  • 1. Color in your seahorse picture.
    2. Scan your picture into ArtBug Mail.
