Use the soap tool and a make the canvas green.

Select the felt pen and black ink and draw the outline of a snake like this:

Draw an eye and a mouth:

Draw a zig-zag line from the snake's tail to its head.

Select a yellow paint and the bucket tool.
Fill some of the triangles yellow.

Select the red paint and fill the other triangles red.

Select the felt-pen and a white paint and fill the snake's eye.

Select the felt-pen with the smallest tip and a black paint.
Make a small dot in the snake's eye.
