User Agreement (Summarised in Plain English)

  1. This doesn't form part of the agreement but it summarises the formal agreement in good faith to make our license agreement more accessible. If and when you agree to abide to our User Agreement you are agreeing to the terms laid out in the document linked to here.

    We may change the User Agreement in the future. If we do change it, we will let you know it has changed and we will ask you to agree to the new version of the User Agreement. If we do change the User Agreement, you will need to accept it if you want to continue using the site. We will NOT make changes to the User Agreement that will shorten what remains of your current subscription.

  3. Registration and Your Account

    You need an account on this wensite in order to receive the services this site provides. You need a username and a password to access your account.

    If you forget or lose your password, you may request it to be reset by using the appropriate form linked to on the account sign in page. If you forget or lose your membership ID, we can email it to the email address that was used to create the account.

If you purchase a subscription, your account on the Site is valid for one (1), six (6) or twelve (12) months following the date that the subscription was purchased.This period is referred to as the “Subscription Period”. The duration of the subscription depends upon which subscription option you puchase.

    5. Ownership of Intellectual Property and Restrictions on Use of Materials

    We (Reasonica Ltd) do not make any claims what-so-ever to the content that you upload.
    You own the content that you and your children upload to the Artbug Mail website. You grant us (Reasonica Ltd) free permission to use the content that you upload so that service functions as it needs to. If you do not grant us this permission, then we are not permited to accept, store or display your content. . You grant us permission to change how we display your content (but not your actual content).

    The website contains content that we have created, you have created and other people have created. All this content is protected by U.K. and foreign copyright, trademark and patent laws. We grant you permission to access/view content that we own on a non-commercial basis. You are not permitted to charge other people money to view/access the content that is held on our website. You are not permitted to change the content that we own or other people own..

    Using the Site

    Do not try to wreck the site. Do not try to log into an account that you do not own. Do not try to spoil other peoples' the enjoyment of the site. Don't try to use the service to send spam. Do not infringe on the rights of other people. Do not violate any laws when using this site.

    We use third party hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run out website. There are some aspects of hosting a service that means that occasionally there may be technical glitches that we have no control over. We have no influence over what your Internet Service Provider or your Operating System manufacturer does in the future that might affect our service.

    If you try to mess around with the ArtBug Mail service or try to affect our other members, we will terminate your account.

    You are completely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Tell us immediately if you think that your account has been compromised.
